GENERAL INFO
GENERAL CONDUCT
For three days in August, we are guests in the very welcoming community of Lebanon Oregon.
These rules and guidelines are in place to insure everyone has a safe and wonderful
experience. Attendees are held to these rules for the overall good of all attending.
This is a family friendly atmosphere, and people's right to a pleasant experience should
be respected.
Please Use safe and considerate behavior wherever possible. Everyone is here
for a good time! We have ZERO TOLERANCE for belligerent behavior including, FIGHTING,
HARASSMENT, and DRUNKEN ROWDY BEHAVIOR. Local law enforcement will be on hand to help us
keep this festival fun and safe.
TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
Our event is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable and will not be exchanged. Wristbands will be given as you enter the venue, please wear your wristband for the entire weekend to ensure you will be able to enter and leave the venue area freely. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. If you don't have a wristband you will be asked to leave and or purchase a new one.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
There are no FREE Parking area anywhere near the venue. YOU MUST PURCHASE A PARKING PASS. No vehicles allowed in the camping areas. Vehicles must be parked in parking lots only. Every vehicle parked at the Festival parking area must have a vehicle pass, there are no exceptions to this rule. Two motorcycles may park in one car space. Parking Passes can be purchased upon arrival.
SMOKING
There are smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in "smoking areas" only. Festival Staff and Volunteers can point out the nearest smoking area for you. In the camping areas be courteous to other campers.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN THOUGH THE NEW MARIJAUNA LAWS HAVE PASSED IT IS STILL ILLIGAL TO SMOKE IT IN PUBLIC. MARIJUANA SMOKING IS PROHIBITED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE VENUE.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at the show! Children age 12 and under are allowed free. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or parent. Children 12 and under MUST be accompanied by and adult at ALL times.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS LOST AT THE EVENT?
If you are bringing small children, please check in at the SAFETY tent. They will provide
a wristband for your child where you can write your contact information.
SUNBLOCK AND HYDRATION
Bring sunblock! This event is in August and it will be hot. You may bring in your own bottled water as long as the packaging is still sealed. Water fountains will be available. Shaded areas and misting tents are available for you to relax in at the Festival.
WHAT IS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?
SEATING
We do not provide chairs. You may bring your own chair.
Bring your standard height (no taller than 40 inches) foldable camp chair or small lawn chair.
High-back, sand or beanbag, or reclining chairs are not allowed.
Blankets are ok.
No blanket seating or chairs within 75 yards of front of stage.
Shade tents are ok in designated area... off to the sides.
All chair, blanket and shade tent placement is subject to the discretion of Staff and Security.
We want everyone to have a good time and to be able to see the show.
PERSONAL STORAGE
Medium size backpacks, fanny packs and purses allowed.
SUBJECT TO INSPECTION UPON ENTERING VENUE.
NO WEAPONS
No guns, swords, knives, explosives, or other weapons of any kind. No chains or chain wallets.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK
2 factory sealed water bottles are permitted per person. No outside food or additional
beverages permitted inside the venue.
NO COOLERS
Coolers are not permitted in the entertainment venue.
NO PETS
Pets are not allowed at the Festival. Animals are absolutely not, under any circumstance, to be left inside vehicles either; this applies to both the camping area and the parking lot. It is too hot. If you brought your animal, you will have to take them home and come back without them. Please make arrangements for your animals to be taken care of that weekend. The only exception to this rule will be service animals.
NO DRUGS
No drugs, if you bring them to the festival, you will be sent home. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE
FOR ILLICIT DRUGS. THAT INCLUDES MOLLY, LSD, MUSHROOMS, CRACK, METH, HEROINE, XTACY OR ANY
OTHER PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS. This is a family friendly event... Not a rave.
2015 MARIJAUNA LAW DISCLAIMER: Even though recreational Marijuana is now legal in the
state of Oregon it is still illegal to smoke in public. Therefore it is not allowed in the
venue.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
This is a family friendly event. Do not over consume alcohol or bring outside alcohol into
the music venue area. A beer garden will be available inside the venue. You must be 21 or
over to consume alcohol on the event grounds. Everyone is here for a good time! We have
ZERO TOLERANCE for belligerent behavior including, FIGHTING, HARASSMENT, and DRUNKEN ROWDY
BEHAVIOR. Local law enforcement will be on hand to help us keep this festival fun and
safe.
2015 CAMPING INFO
CAMPING SPACES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED!! Since Festival camping is SO popular, all 2015
campsites will be sold on a first come first serve basis. You should purchase your
camping pass as soon as possible to ensure that you get a space. Each camping package
includes admission. See ticket page for camping packages available.
CAMPING CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
RV and Tent campers may arrive as early as 3PM on Thursday, August 6th to check-in, and
stay as late as 1PM on Monday, August 10th to check-out.
VEHICLE SAFETY
No motorized vehicles are allowed in the venue area or campground areas. this means no
Cars, Trucks ATVs, Motorcycles, or Golf Carts.
NO CAMPFIRES
Campfires are not allowed in the camping area's period. Fire risk is high in August. Cooking with Propane camp stoves and above ground Propane fire pits is permitted. Cooking with charcoal briquette camp stoves is not allowed.
TRASH PICKUP
Complimentary trash pickup is available Friday through Sunday, between 10AM and 1PM. Simply place your bagged trash at the corner of your campsite and it will be picked up by one of our volunteer staff.
NO PETS!!
Animals other than service animals are NOT allowed. This includes leaving your pet your car or RV. This event is in August, the hottest time of the year. It will be hot. Leave you pet at home! Law enforcement will be called to vehicles with pets in them. This rule will be strictly enforced.
RV CAMPING
RV CAMPING IS EXTRA AND INCLUDES 2 TICKETS TO THE SHOW. Due to safety concerns RV's must
remain parked in the designated spot for the duration of the show. If you need to leave or
move your RV contact festival staff prior to moving the vehicle. UP TO 6 PEOPLE PER RV
SPACE. EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A CONCERT TICKET. ONLY ONE EXTRA VEHICLE PER RV SPACE,
ADDITIONAL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT AND WILL NEED A PARKING PERMIT.
TENT CAMPING
TENT CAMPING IS EXTRA AND INCLUDES YOUR TICKET TO THE SHOW. Spaces are EXTREMELY limited.

CAMP HOST
Each camping area will have a camp host available to answer questions and help make your
experience pleasant and memorable.
WHEN IS QUIET TIME IN THE CAMPGROUND?
Linn County, where the Festival is located, has an ordinance that we have to observe. This
means voices must be quiet by MIDNIGHT, generators shut off, singing volumes must be
reduced and yelling, hollering stopped. This code is strictly enforced by both on-site
security as well as law enforcement. At 9am the fun starts again! But until then please
respect those camping next to you that are trying to rest up for the next days
festivities. We will have after hours entertainment for the night owls until 2:30 am in
the venue area away from the campground.
WILL RESTROOMS BE MADE AVAILABLE?
Portable toilet facilities and hand washing units will be available on site.
SHOWER FACILITIES
Shower facilities may not be available at this venue, prepare accordingly.
